Whitney brings 15+ years of Fitness and Movement instruction. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance (RYT 200) and has in-depth training in Trauma Informed Somatics. Whitney will work with you to discuss your goals, and can also pair your sessions in alignment with your current physical therapy treatment plan. All levels and walks of life are welcome.
