Our PT-led Recovery Sessions are designed to help you move better, recover faster, and stay ahead of injuries. Perfect if you want hands-on treatment without committing to a full plan of care.
Designed for discharged PT patients, active recovery users, athletes during in and off season, busy professionals, and anyone focused on maintenance. Services include manual therapy, cupping, scraping, bodywork, and dry needling.
Not in pain but feeling tight, sore, or run down? Ideal for targeted work on one area. May include manual therapy, cupping, scraping, bodywork, or dry needling for one body part based on clinical need.
A more comprehensive recovery session allowing for full body work or treatment of multiple areas. May include manual therapy, cupping, scraping, bodywork, or dry needling for up to two body parts based on clinical need.
Kimberly — or K2 as we call her here at Unify — is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 11 years of experience providing therapeutic, movement-focused bodywork. She specializes in deep tissue and sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and structural alignment, with advanced training in recovery-based techniques including dynamic cupping and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization.
K2 takes a purposeful, results-oriented approach to recovery, focusing on reducing pain, improving tissue mobility, and supporting efficient, functional movement. With a strong understanding of how the body's systems work together, she customizes each session to meet the specific needs of the individual — whether addressing chronic tension, supporting recovery from training or injury, or maintaining overall movement health.
At Unify, K2 works closely with our physical therapists as part of an interdisciplinary care team to ensure clients receive cohesive and comprehensive support tailored to their goals. This collaborative approach helps bridge hands-on recovery with movement and rehabilitation to create more effective and lasting results.
Her goal is to help clients feel balanced, resilient, and confident in their bodies — making recovery a proactive and essential part of long-term wellness.
