Cupping Therapy

Cupping is a form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) by using vacuum cups throughout the body to pull the skin upward in order to draw fluid into the area to stimulate the body’s natural healing process to that region. At Unify PT, we often use this technique in conjunction with other manual therapy and/or exercise to efficiently treat pain and movement dysfunctions.
