Instrument-Assisted Soft-Tissue Mobilization, popularly known as The Graston Technique uses a stainless-steel tool designed to “scrape” across the skin with a specific technique to facilitate tissue healing and decrease pain by increasing local circulation and remodeling scar tissue.
