Our physical therapist has over 7 years of experience working with countless people, from young adults to senior citizens. She is fellowship-trained and completed a mentorship from world-renowned sports physiotherapist Dave O’Sullivan. This allows us to provide rehab that is simple, unique, and gets down to the root cause, so that we can help you get back to doing what you love and need to do in life.

What Physical Therapy Looks Like at Unify PT
Evaluation
→ Receive a full breakdown of findings from your physical therapist that likely contributes to your pain
→ Receive a step-by-step plan on how we will get to your end goal
Frequency
We will then determine how often you will need to come in and approximately how long the program will take, based on our findings and your schedule.
On average most people are seen once a week on a weekly basis that will later progress to biweekly or monthly until we get you back to 100%.
Follow-ups
Sessions can include any or all the services listed here, which we will determine on a session-to-session basis.
Treatments will also be determined based on your goals, sport/activity, and the severity of your injury.
